An Act relative to identification for the sale of alcoholic
beverages.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 34B of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “ninety”, in line 13, the following words:- or a valid photographic, non-duplicate driver’s license issued by the registry or department of motor vehicles of another state.
