An Act to require verified complaints in summary process actions.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law or special law to the contrary, Section 2 of Chapter 39 shall be amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:-
“All summary process actions and counterclaims shall be by verification. “
