An Act to require verified complaints in summary process actions.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law or special law to the contrary, Section 2 of Chapter 39 shall be amended by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:-�
�All summary process actions and counterclaims shall be by verification. �
