By Mr. McMurtry of Dedham, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Paul McMurtry, John J. Lawn, Jr. and Jose F. Tosado that the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development be authorized to investigate whether motor vehicle manufacturers are complying with certain provision of the automotive "Right-to-Repair Act", so called. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.
