Create new section of KRS Chapter 411 to create a cause of action for subcutaneous implantation of an identification device; create new section of KRS Chapter 454 to restrict use of facial recognition technology and biometric identifiers; Create new section of KRS Chapter 411 to create a cause of action for use of facial recognition technology or biometric identifiers; craete new section of KRS Chapter 455 to prohibit use of facial recognition technology as evidence.
