Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to define "connected device," "cookies," "express consent," "first-party operator," and "third-party operator;" prohibit first and third-party Web site operators from collecting, using, storing, or sharing the data obtained from a connected device without the Web site user's express consent; amend KRS 367.990 to create a penalty enforceable by the Attorney General.
