Summary
Amend KRS 189.378 to permit the use of flashing red lights and sirens for funeral escort vehicles operated or employed by a funeral home during a funeral procession; specify that funeral escort vehicles shall not be considered to be emergency vehicles as defined in KRS 189.910; amend KRS 189.920 to allow funeral escort vehicles to use sirens and red flashing lights when operating during a funeral procession.
