Summary
Amend KRS 235.010 to add definition of "abandoned water vessel" and "abandoned boat dock"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 235 to require the Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources to promulgate administrative regulations to remove abandoned water vessels and abandoned boat docks from the waters of the Commonwealth and to allow for salvage of recovered materials; APPROPRIATION.
