Summary

Amend KRS 158.175 to require local boards of education to develop procedures for the daily recitation of the United States Pledge of Allegiance at the start of each school day; provide for students choosing not to participate to sit or stand quietly; prohibit the recitation entirely should the words "under God" be removed by court order.
