Summary

Propose to create a new section of the Constitution of Kentucky to clarify that our state Constitution does not create a right to abortion or a right to funding for an abortion; specify that the General Assembly has the full authority to protect human life in this Commonwealth from the moment of fertilization until natural death without regard to age, health, or condition of dependency; submit to voters.
