Summary
Amend KRS 160.345 to direct a school council to implement a policy for notifying parents or legal guardians of any sex education curriculum that will be taught or any dispensing of contraceptives to their children; require approval from parents or legal guardians for their children to participate in the curriculum or receive the contraceptives.
