Summary

Amend KRS 625.090 to expand the requisite grounds for the termination of parental rights to include the attempted or actual infliction of death or serious physical injury to any child, or to the parent, stepparent, de facto custodian, or guardian of the child who is the subject of the termination action; provide that the Act may be cited as"Zoe's Law."
