Create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 establishing that interactive computer services providing a social media Web site are subject to a private cause of action by a social media Web site user in this state under specified conditions; establish entitlement to damages, including the award of reasonable attorney's fees and possible punitive damages; provide exceptions for deleting or censoring certain speech.
