Summary
Amend KRS 367.4909 to require operators of underground facilities to be members of the Kentucky Contact Center; release excavators from liability for damages to underground facilities of nonmember operators; amend KRS 367.4913 to change the name of the Kentucky Association of Plumbing, Heating-Cooling Contractors to the Kentucky Association of Master Contractors.
