Summary

Amend KRS 311.844, relating to physicians assistants, to revise continuing education requirements and to clarify that proof of completed course work in an individual's graduate program can qualify for pediatric head trauma requirements for licensure renewal; amend KRS 311.854 to increase the number of physician assistants a physician may supervise and enter into contracts with, and amend the application requirements to be a supervising physician.
