Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 23A to provide that any person who is required by a circuit court to enter into a sex offender, domestic violence offender, alcohol or drug treatment program, or to attend anger management classes must pay a one-time five dollar fee to the circuit clerk prior to entry into the program, class or service; provide that the fee be allocated to the Crime Victims Compensation Board for the administration of the Crime Victims Compensation Board; and create a new section of KRS Chapter 24A to provide that any person who is required by a district court to enter into a domestic violence offender, or alcohol and drug treatment program, or to attend anger management classes, must pay a one-time five dollar fee to the circuit clerk prior to entry into the program, class, or service, provide that the fee shall be allocated to the Crime Victims Compensation Board for the administration of the Crime Victims Compensation Board.
