Summary
Amend KRS 139.480 to provide a sales and use tax exemption for drugs and over-the-counter drugs used in the diagnosis, cure, treatment, or prevention of disease in beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, swine, or poultry; amend KRS 139.472 to conform; EFFECTIVE July 1, 2011.
