Summary

Amend KRS 116.025 to provide that a person convicted of a felony shall not be permitted to vote until his or her civil or voting rights have been restored by executive pardon or order; amend KRS 116.045 to provide for voter registration on the day of an election; amend KRS 116.0455 to provide that each application for a motor vehicle driver's license shall be a simultaneous application for voter registration unless declined by the applicant; amend KRS 116.048 to provide that each application filed through a designated voter registration agency shall be a simultaneous application for voter registration unless declined by the applicant; amend various other sections to conform.
