Bill Title: Charity gaming. Allows the gaming commission to issue a three year charity gaming license to qualified organizations that are veterans organizations. Urges the legislative council to assign to a study committee the topic of whether an event operator or a worker at the event may receive remuneration or a meal for conducting or assisting in conducting the event.
