Bill Title: ADM for full-day kindergarten. Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, provides that a kindergarten pupil is counted as one pupil (rather than 1/2 pupil) for purposes of ADM and school funding if the student is enrolled in a full-day kindergarten program.
