Bill Title: Magistrates. Allows the judge of the Marion circuit court to appoint one full-time magistrate to serve the circuit court. Extends the term of the magistrate jointly appointed by the judge of the Sullivan circuit court and the judge of the Sullivan superior court from July 1, 2016, to January 1, 2017.
