Allows a person to work as a waiter or waitress at a licensed premises if: (1) the licensed premises is a restaurant operated by an accredited hospitality management program for educational purposes; (2) the person is a student enrolled in a course offered by the accredited hospitality management program; (3) the licensed premises, state educational institution, or accredited hospitality management program does not pay the person to work at the licensed premises; and (4) the person works under the supervision of an instructor employed by the state educational institution.
