Bill Title: Bias motivated crimes. Establishes a sentencing procedure that requires a court, when sentencing an individual who has committed a crime that is motivated by a bias against another individual's perceived or actual age, color, creed, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran status, to impose an additional fixed term of imprisonment not to exceed five years, if the offense is a felony, or three years, if the offense is a misdemeanor. Requires law enforcement agencies to report bias motivated crimes to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
