Bill Title: Cost of medical procedures. Requires each hospital and ambulatory outpatient surgical center (facility) to: (1) prepare a list of the facility's average charge for the treatment of common or frequent diagnostic, inpatient, and outpatient procedures and treatment; and (2) disclose to a prospective patient before admission the facility's average charge for the procedure or treatment.
