     MADAM PRESIDENT:

    I offer the following resolution and move its adoption:

    A SENATE RESOLUTION extending gratitude to Helena Chemical for choosing to develop their terminal in Huntington County.

    Whereas, Helena Chemical is anticipating the grand opening of their $21.5 million terminal in Huntington, Indiana in the spring of 2012;

    Whereas, Helena Chemical is a division of Marubeni Corporation, based in Tokyo. Their Huntington terminal includes a new rail yard on the main Norfolk Southern line, making it the first new rail yard in Huntington County in 35 years;

    Whereas, The company will provide fertilizer products for the 96-acre lot to support Helena's retail and wholesale accounts, and be a preferred link to the supply chain growers; and

    Whereas, The Huntington terminal allows Helena Chemical to grow and sustain growth as a company. The plant will provide gainful employment and an opportunity for Huntington County: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate of the

General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
