SENATE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION



        A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION urging the Legislative Council to assign to the Regulatory Occupations Evaluation Committee the review of the adequacy of existing law regulating hearing aid dealers.

    Whereas, A need exists to redefine and examine the adequacy of existing law regulating hearing aid dealers;

    Whereas, The Regulatory Occupations Evaluation Committee, established under IC 25-1-16-6, exists to review and evaluate each regulated occupation; and

    Whereas, It is prudent at this time to study the existing law regulating hearing aid dealers and to determine whether changes in that law will better serve the public: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly

of the State of Indiana, the House of Representatives concurring:


    SECTION 1. That the Legislative Council is urged to assign to the Regulatory Occupations Evaluation Committee the review of the adequacy of existing law regulating hearing aid dealers.
