Bill Title: Student meals and lunch shaming. Requires public schools, charter schools, and nonpublic schools that participate in the national school lunch program or national school breakfast program, or both, to provide a meal that meets the reimbursable meal requirements established by the United States Department of Agriculture to a student if: (1) the student requests a meal; and (2) the student's parent or guardian has not submitted a written request that the school not serve the student a meal. Prohibits the schools from the following: (1) Requiring a student to dispose of a meal because of the student's inability to pay
