Bill Title: Nondomiciled commercial driver's licenses. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles to issue nondomiciled commercial driver's licenses in accordance with federal regulations after December 31, 2017. Requires an individual who applies for a nondomiciled commercial drivers license to submit a proper application under IC~9-24.
