    A HOUSE RESOLUTION to confirm the election of Representative McNamara.

    Whereas, The State Recount Commission, the Election Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, certified the recount result for House District 76; Therefore,
    

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the

General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. That Representative McNamara is qualified, duly elected, and entitled to serve as a member of the 117^th General Assembly.
