Bill Title: Diabetes incidence plan and report. Requires the state department of health, the state personnel department, and the office of the secretary of family and social services to: (1) collaborate to reduce the incidence of diabetes and diabetes complications in Indiana; (2) submit a report to the general assembly by January 1, 2017, including current diabetes related information and recommendations; and (3) report updated information to the general assembly by January 1, 2019.
