Bill Title: Higher education expenses. Requires a state educational institution, each semester (or its equivalent), to provide to each student enrolled in the state educational institution: (1) a statement of the total amount of money the student is paying to the state educational institution to attend the state educational institution for that semester (or its equivalent); and (2) an itemized invoice of the expenses for which the student's payment is being used.
