Bill Title: Equine teeth floating. Provides that an individual who performs only equine teeth floating services is exempt from the veterinary medicine licensing requirements after submitting to the Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners (board) two signed letters of recommendation from previous clients. Requires the board to issue a card that identifies the individual who has submitted the letters of recommendation as a person who is exempt from licensing but may engage in the practice of veterinary medicine only by performing equine teeth floating services.
