Bill Title: Hunting and trapping of bobcats. Establishes a bobcat hunting and trapping season in an eligible county. Requires the director of the department of natural resources (director) to establish and implement a program under which a bobcat may be taken in an eligible county. Establishes the requirements of the program, including the director's authority not to open a bobcat hunting and trapping season in an eligible county.
