Bill Title: Membership of redevelopment commissions. Provides that for terms beginning after December 31, 2016, at least one commissioner of a redevelopment commission who is appointed by the executive of the county (other than Marion County), city, or town that established the redevelopment commission must be a member of the school board of a school corporation whose territory includes some or all of the redevelopment commission's taxing district.
