Bill Title: Incorporation of documents. Standardizes terminology used to reference incorporated documents throughout IC 27. Specifies the date on which a particular version of an incorporated document must be in effect for the incorporated document to apply. Provides for the department of insurance to implement amendments to the version of a National Association of Insurance Commissioners document previously incorporated after required reporting of the amendment to the legislative council and standing insurance committees. Requires incorporated documents to be available as public records from the department of insurance in paper form and electronically on the department of insurance Internet web site. Makes conforming
