Bill Title: Age of consent. Adds the criminal offense of indiscretion, which is committed when a person who is at least 22 years of age engages in sexual intercourse or other sexual conduct, fondling, or touching with a child who is at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age. Adds indiscretion to the list of: (1) sex offenses; and (2) offenses that would determine if a child is a child in need of services. Makes conforming amendments.
