Bill Title: Making an unlawful proposition. Increases the penalty for making an unlawful proposition from a Class A misdemeanor to a Level 6 felony if the person to whom the offer or payment is made is less than 18 years of age. Makes it a Level 5 felony if a person who commits the offense of making an unlawful proposition knows that the other person is less than 18 years of age.
