Bill Title: Continuance for conflict with study committee. Requires a court or governmental entity to grant a continuance upon the motion of a party, a defendant, or an attorney if the party, defendant, or attorney is a member of the general assembly and a proceeding of the court or governmental entity conflicts with the member's attendance at a meeting of a study committee.
