Bill Title: 1977 Fund surviving spouse benefit. Increases from 60% to 100% of the member's monthly benefit the monthly benefit of a surviving spouse of an individual who: (1) is a member of the 1977 Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension and Disability Fund (1977 Fund); and (2) dies other than in the line of duty after June 30, 2015.
