Bill Title: Crimes related to water safety equipment. Provides that if a person recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally damages a marine safety device at its designated location and the damage: (1) interferes with the proper use of the marine safety device; or (2) causes the marine safety device to be destroyed and rendered unusable; the person commits the offense of criminal mischief as a Level 6 felony.
