Bill Title: Medicaid prescription drug program. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to provide a prescription drug benefit for a Medicaid recipient under: (1) the risk based managed care program; and (2) the healthy Indiana plan. (Current law allows the office or the managed care organization to provide the prescription drug benefit.)
