Bill Title: Dissolution of human remains. Requires a crematory that is registered after July 1, 2015 to be supervised by a funeral director. Requires that a person who operates a cremation chamber to receive training and be certified as a crematory operator. Provides for alkaline hydrolysis as a means for the dissolution of human remains. Requires the state board of funeral and cemetery service to adopt rules governing the operation of alkaline hydrolysis facilities.
