Bill Title: Dispensing drugs for medication assisted treatment. Amends the exception to the definition of "dispense" in the Indiana scheduled prescription electronic collection and tracking (INSPECT) program to provide that a practitioner who administers or dispenses a controlled substance for medication assisted treatment is subject to the requirements that apply to a dispenser under the INSPECT program.
