Provides for a coordinated effort by the department of education, the department of local government finance, the state board of accounts, the management performance hub (MPH), and the distressed unit appeal board (DUAB) in identifying whether a school corporation needs technical assistance in addressing its financial condition. Requires the MPH to submit a preliminary report of its findings to the interim committee on fiscal policy before submitting a final report to the DUAB.
