Bill Title: Charter schools in Gary. Prohibits, beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2024, an authorizer from granting to an organizer a charter to operate a charter school that is or will be located in the city of Gary unless the Gary Community School Corporation has no outstanding loans or advances from the common school fund.
