Bill Title: INSPECT program reporting and review. Requires the medical director of the law enforcement agency or an emergency medical services agency supervising an emergency medical services provider to transmit certain information to the INSPECT program when an emergency medical services provider administers an overdose intervention drug to a patient. Removes lapsed provisions. Establishes the INSPECT peer review subcommittee.
