Bill Title: Age for compulsory school attendance. Provides that a student shall enroll in a kindergarten program not later than the fall term of the school year if the student is five years of age on August 1 of that school year. (Current law requires that a student enroll in a kindergarten class not later than the fall term of the school year in which the student becomes seven years of age.) Makes conforming amendments.
