Bill Title: Study committee on pregnant women and HIP. Urges the legislative council to assign to an appropriate interim study committee the task of studying the impact of having a pregnant woman who is participating in the healthy Indiana plan (HIP) receive pregnancy services under HIP instead of moving the pregnant woman to the Hoosier Healthwise Medicaid program.
