Bill Title: Use of DNA evidence. Requires: (1) every individual arrested after June 30, 2016, for burglary, residential entry, a crime of violence, or a sex offense; and (2) a child found to be a delinquent child for the commission of an act that, if committed by an adult, would be burglary, residential entry, a crime of violence, or a sex offense; to provide a DNA sample. Provides for the expungement of a DNA sample taken from an individual if: (1) the individual is acquitted of all felony charges; (2) all burglary, residential entry, crime of violence, and sex offense charges are
