Bill Title: Township flood control and drainage works. Provides that the legislative body of a township, with the concurrence of the executive of the township, may adopt and file with the legislative body of the county in which the township is located a resolution providing for the establishment of a township flood control district or a township drainage district. Provides that a township flood control district or township drainage district is established: (1) when the county legislative body adopts an ordinance establishing the district; or (2) if the county legislative body takes no action on the township resolution after 120 days, when
